Key Responsibilities
  • Greet Customers: Welcome customers as they arrive for their service appointments, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Direct Customers: Direct customers to the proper area of the service drive, ensuring they are aware of the service process and any necessary documentation.
  • Check Vehicle Details: Verify vehicle mileage and appointment details to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Transport Vehicles: Safely transport customer vehicles to and from the service area, maintaining a clean and organized service drive.
  • Maintain Service Drive: Ensure the service drive and surrounding areas are clean, safe, and free of hazards.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license with less than 6 points to remain insurable and able to drive on company property.
  • High School Education: High school education or equivalent required.
  • Manual Vehicle Experience: Ability to drive a manual vehicle preferred, but not required.
  • Weather Conditions: Ability to work in all weather conditions.
  • Night and Weekend Shifts: Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to walk around and stand for long periods.
