Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automation Director to join our Automation COE organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications to meet the end-user requirements, as well as creating detailed test plans, debugging plans, launch, and rollout plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and design, develop, and maintain applications to meet the end-user requirements.
  • Develop PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Flow, Power BI, Power Fabric, Dataverse, and other Power Platform tools as necessary to meet business requirements.
  • Create and maintain reports and other required items like screens, dashboards, and more to display data and other information for the business.
  • Partner with and mentor Automation COE teams performing technical tasks related to development and management of automations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the RPA CoE's methodologies and tools, guide other developers in best practices for secure Power Platform development, review code work for accuracy and functionality, and make suggestions for technical modifications to prevent future problems.
Requirements
  • Minimum five years of recent, hands-on experience with RPA platforms - Automation Anywhere.
  • Minimum three years of recent, hands-on experience with the following technologies: Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Dataverse.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or higher in information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding and hands-on experience in secure design, development, and implementation on Microsoft technologies including Microsoft DevOps, GitHub, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD.
