Salary: $74,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.

About the Role
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of menu offerings and excellent customer experience.
  • Lead a high-performing team of staff, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to drive performance and growth.
  • Maintain a clean and well-maintained facility, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a restaurant leader, preferably in a drive-thru environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
