Clinical Nurse Coordinator
Under the general supervision of the unit's director, the Clinical Nurse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all functions within the unit during their designated shifts.
In collaboration with other management team members, this individual is accountable for the continuous evaluation of the quality of patient care services delivered in the unit.
Key Responsibilities:
You will assess, monitor, document, report, and follow up on symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
You will create and maintain precise, detailed reports and records.
You will consult and collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and adjust the care plan based on the patient's responses and conditions.
You will delegate nursing tasks as appropriate and safe while retaining accountability for patient care.You will provide personalized education for the patient, family, and/or caregiver throughout the continuum of care.
You will adhere to safety and infection control standards in the delivery of patient care.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
RN licensure by the Tennessee Board of Nursing or a Board of Nursing from a compact state.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
