About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Gerontologist to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to provide high-quality primary care services to senior citizens in medically underserved areas of metro Charlotte.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient primary care services to patients 65 and up in a Monday-to-Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or call.
  • Care for an average of 15 patients per day.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $260,000 per year, with a potential yearly earnings of $300,000 or more. Additional benefits include a signing bonus up to $20,000 and a bonus incentive based on quality metrics.

Work Environment

You will be working in state-of-the-art centers that are newly built and equipped with cloud-based electronic health records and technology. Full malpractice coverage with tail is also provided.
