About the Role

Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County is seeking a dedicated ReStore Specialist to join our team. As a ReStore Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving positive change within the community by supporting all aspects of ReStore operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service while selling merchandise and upholding store policies
  • Price donations in accordance with company procedures and policy
  • Organize and maintain assigned areas, adjusting to various job duties throughout the workday
  • Receive and process incoming donated items, providing mentorship to volunteers and communicating with the Volunteer Coordinator
  • Perform all job tasks assigned by the ReStore Manager and Assistant Manager
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to bring a mix of skills to the table. A passion for customer service is essential, as is a friendly and helpful demeanor. You will also need to be prepared for heavy lifting, as you will move furniture and other large items around the store. Experience operating a pallet jack or forklift is a plus.

With a can-do attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt, you will be set to excel in this dynamic and hands-on role.
