Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement our research-backed curriculum to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Create a safe, engaging environment that encourages learning and exploration
  • Build strong relationships with parents, working together to provide the best possible care and education for their children
  • Support the success of your center, collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners
Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential (or willing to obtain)
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, work indoors or outdoors, and engage in physical activity with children
  • Fluency in English to communicate with children and their parents
