About the Role:

Dakota Gold Academy, a renowned gymnastics facility in Watertown, SD, seeks an experienced and passionate Gymnastics Coach to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing training programs for gymnasts of all levels.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute comprehensive training plans tailored to individual gymnast needs\Component
• Provide expert instruction and constructive feedback on proper technique and form\Component
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment that fosters athlete growth and development\Component
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver team practices and competition readiness sessions\Component
• Motivate and inspire gymnasts to set and achieve their goals, both in and out of the gym\Component

Requirements:

• Prior experience coaching gymnastics at various levels\Component
• In-depth knowledge of gymnastics techniques and training methodologies\Component
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills\Component
• A passion for working with youth athletes and empowering them to reach their full potential\Component
• Able to work effectively as part of a dynamic team\Component
