Job Description

Brightspeed is looking for a High-Speed Network Technician to join our team. As a High-Speed Network Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting high-speed internet, video, and voice networks. You will also be maintaining and repairing outside plant facilities within assigned geographic service areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of high-speed internet, video, and voice networks
  • Maintain and repair outside plant facilities
  • Work with customers to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service
