About the Role

Affinity Dental Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our oral surgery practices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our offices, while also driving practice success and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring optimal patient flow and doctor time.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff to create a cohesive team aligned with practice goals.
  • Financial Management: Analyze financial reports, including P&L statements, and work towards achieving practice financial goals.
  • Marketing and Outreach: Coordinate marketing efforts and community outreach to promote the practice.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Maintain HIPAA compliance and oversee patient record-keeping systems.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience managing a medical or dental office, with a strong preference for experience in an outpatient surgery setting.
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong A-type personality, capable of working with surgeons and other high-level professionals.
  • Experience with operational management, including budgeting, staffing, and protocol development.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in oral surgery or dental practices is highly desirable.
