Job Description
The Medical Care Associate provides direct patient care under the guidance of the Registered Nurse or designated health care professional in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as the policies, procedures, and guidelines of the organization.

Key responsibilities include providing basic patient care, acting as a liaison between patients and nurses, and providing high-level customer service to all patients, families, visitors, and employees. Additionally, accurate and precise documentation of patient care is essential, along with participating in hand-off/report of pertinent information regarding patient and departmental needs.

Salary and Benefits
We offer competitive salaries, starting at approximately $45,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a nursing aide training program certificate, STNA (State Tested Nurse Aide) certification, or CNA (Certified Nurse Aide) certification. Previous experience in acute care, physician's offices, home health/hospice, or long-term care facilities is preferred. Familiarity with EPIC Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems is also beneficial.
