Position Overview

Davidson Homes LLC is a prominent name in the home building industry, recognized for delivering exceptional construction quality and personalized services to home buyers. We are currently on the lookout for a qualified Residential Sales Consultant to enhance our operations in the San Antonio, TX region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets.
  • Greet all visitors to the community, ensuring accurate completion of guest registration forms.
  • Showcase model homes, quick move-in properties, community amenities, and available home sites.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of community features, including floor plans and amenities, to serve as the expert.
  • Manage leads efficiently through our CRM system, maintaining detailed reporting and follow-up. Proficiency in CRM usage is essential, with experience in Lasso being advantageous.
  • Generate leads through referrals from homeowners, outreach to realtors, and innovative self-promotion strategies.
  • Familiarity with NewStar is a plus.
  • Oversee the daily presentation of the community and model homes.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Maintain a robust relationship with homeowners and their realtors from contract signing through to post-closing.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure optimal outcomes for both the company and our clients.
