The West Boca Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit team. As a PICU RN, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill children and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based care to patients with complex medical conditions, including respiratory, cardiac, and neurological disorders.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage patients' vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida.
- One year of recent experience in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.
- American Heart Association BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
- BSN degree or higher.
