Position Overview

We are currently in search of a Construction Administration Designer who possesses practical field experience in the design, operation, and construction of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and DDC control systems. This role is based in our Vienna, VA office.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be expected to:

  • Manage multiple projects effectively while maintaining high levels of organization.
  • Demonstrate exceptional writing and communication skills.
  • Exhibit proficiency in computer applications relevant to the role.
  • Collaborate directly with Architects, Owners, and Construction Manager Representatives to facilitate hands-on training and understanding of systems.

Qualifications

The successful applicant should have:

  • A functional understanding of mechanical, electrical, and building automation systems, along with knowledge of systems design and construction processes.
  • Prior experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC system integration, with knowledge of TAB disciplines being advantageous.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
