Join Our Team

We're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at our Uptown Naples Clinic. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, working closely with patients to ensure their safety and comfort during treatment.
  • Prepare machines for hemodialysis treatments, clean and disinfect machines after treatment, and conduct machine safety checks and logging results for quality control.
  • Use appropriate safety measures, including personal protective equipment, and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and state/federal laws and regulations.
  • Participate in all required staff meetings and continuing education offerings.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Desire to work in healthcare and care for others.
  • Healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
  • Must be comfortable mixing acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.
  • Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
What We Offer

We offer a comprehensive training program approved by the Medical Director, including demonstrated competency. Successful completion of the program is required within 8 weeks of hire. CPR certification is also required within 90 days of hire or as required by the state.
