Penn Highlands Healthcare is actively seeking a dedicated medical oncologist to enhance our established practice in DuBois, PA. Our organization is committed to providing cutting-edge hematology and oncology services within an integrated healthcare framework, featuring a robust array of supportive services including a comprehensive breast service line, a state-of-the-art GI lab, interventional radiology, PET/CT imaging, cardiovascular and thoracic surgical services, and The Lung Center, recognized as a Center of Excellence by the Lung Cancer Alliance and UPMC.
Position Overview:
- Collaborative environment comprising 4 hematology-oncology physicians and 7 advanced practice providers, delivering exceptional multidisciplinary care.
- Responsibilities include working at a new-site location and the Hahne Regional Cancer Center at Penn Highlands DuBois.
- Clinical services encompass immunotherapy, solid tumor management, chemotherapy, and treatment of blood cancers.
- Supportive staff includes an onsite RN supervisor and oncology-certified or eligible RNs.
- Shared call responsibilities with the physician group.
