Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Associate to join our team. As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of Nike, providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our customers. You will work with your team to focus on customer service and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to customers
  • Work with your team to drive sales and meet sales targets
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer returns
  • Stock products, clean and build visual displays, and maintain a safe and organized store environment
  • Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and engagement
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs
  • Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
  • Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
