Job Title: IVF Embryologist

At URUS Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IVF Embryologist to join our team. As an IVF Embryologist, you will play a critical role in assisting our IVF Lab Director with all duties associated with production in the IVF Lab, as well as data entry and communication with other team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Embryo stripping and evaluation
  • Embryo grading and freezing
  • Fertilization and culture plate preparation
  • Semen handling and preparation for IVF
  • Recordkeeping and data entry
  • Embryology training and quality control
  • Maintaining good laboratory technique and following lab protocols
  • Following Trans Ova's policies and procedures
  • Maintaining a professional image reflective of Trans Ova's industry position
Requirements:
  • B.S. in Animal Science or a related field; or a Veterinary Technician degree
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time behind a microscope, in a sterile lab setting
  • Ability to work under a laminar flow hood
  • Good hand to eye coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
