About the Role

CROSSMARK is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Grocery Reset Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our reputable grocery clients by providing exceptional merchandising services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with nationally recognized products to create an engaging in-store experience for customers.
  • Build strong professional relationships with Store Management and Associates to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans.
  • Merchandise, reset, and restock sections of the store according to the plan-o-gram to maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • Must be available to work shifts Monday through Thursday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have access to a reliable smartphone and internet connection.
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds on a regular basis and up to 60 pounds on occasion.
  • Must have access to reliable transportation.
  • Experience with planograms is a plus.
