We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Nurse to join our team at Infojini Healthcare. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Critical Care Unit (CCU).
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and assist physicians with patient care
- Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs
- Identify patient needs and determine priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
- Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care for patients assigned
- Initiate assessments based on patient problems or needs, physician medical diagnoses, and functional health frameworks
- Perform therapeutic nursing interventions
- Manage care of patients
- Document care based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and/or clinical priorities
- Advocate for evidence-based practice care standards and support adoption of evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery
- Provide patient-centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice models
- 2+ years of strong experience in critical care and a background in med/surg
- ICU CCU HIGH ACUITY experience
- Float requirement to other ICUs
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license
- BLS-AHA certification
- ACLS-AHA certification
- N/A
This is a 36-hour guaranteed position with 89 contract weeks. The schedule is 3 x 12-hour shifts, every other weekend required, and as needed. Holidays are required as needed.
