Responsibilities- Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions, focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
- Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values.
- Supervise the overall operation of designated sports on game days.
- Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge.
- Highly motivated self-starter, able to work independently and solve problems.
- Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure player safety.
- Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and some evenings, for the full duration of the season (approximately 7 weeks).
