The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a strong background in geriatric medicine. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing medical leadership and guidance to our clinical staff while ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide medical guidance and oversight to clinical staff members, including physicians and advanced practice providers.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating excellent clinical skills and a commitment to delivering compassionate patient care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care planning and coordination.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a geriatric medicine setting, preferably as a physician leader or in a similar role.
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty is required.
  • Current, active MD licensure in the State of employment is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and situations.

We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
