Mid-Level Geoscientist

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Geoscientist to join our Environmental team in Raleigh, North Carolina. As an Environmental Geologist, you will work on complex environmental projects, supporting our clients' needs by collecting, reviewing, and evaluating geologic data. You will collaborate with our team of professional geologists, engineers, and environmental scientists to deliver high-quality results.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay based on experience. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Geology or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in environmental geology. You should have strong analytical skills, expertise in environmental sampling and testing methods, and knowledge of regulatory requirements (EPA, NCDEQ). A GIT certification or equivalent is also preferred. Additionally, you should have experience with field equipment (groundwater pumps, field meters), knowledge of ArcView and AutoCAD, and OSHA 1910.120 40-Hour HAZWOPER Training.

Working Conditions:
You will work outdoors in varying weather conditions, traveling out-of-town for assignments as necessary. You may work outside of normal business hours when required. You will be required to wear Company-provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to perform the physical demands of this position.
