Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and revising documents to support our manufacturing processes and quality management systems. This is a full-time, on-site role at our West Lebanon, NH facility, with relocation assistance available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities- Support document owners in the writing process, ensuring clear and concise language and adherence to company standards.
- Manage GMP documentation, including routing and approval flows, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Review and revise local Quality Management System (QMS) documents to ensure reader-friendly language and clarity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication.
- Provide specialist knowledge on writing processes to ease understanding and improve document quality.
- Coach document owners on good communication and standards in operational documents.
- Support document processing in collaboration with NNUSBPI SMEs and process groups.
- Develop and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure projects are completed with metrics and timelines realized.
- Proactively engage in systematic problem-solving activities to improve document processes and quality compliance.
- Associate's degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five years of experience in technical writing, preferably in engineering, life sciences, software, or related industries.
- Knowledge of core work processes, GMP concepts, and process improvement methodologies such as LEAN.
- Expertise in change control, MS Word, and proficiency in software applications such as Adobe Acrobat Pro, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and HTML.
