Catholic Health Initiatives is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality patient care and services to residents of Pasadena, Deer Park, La Porte, Baytown, and Clear Lake.
Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services to patients with impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status.
- Develop and update individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients and families.
- Perform age-appropriate competency skills and follow intervention protocols.
- Meet patient care productivity standards and work cooperatively with supervisors and peers.
- Provide positive and constructive feedback to enhance departmental operations.
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
- State licensure in Physical Therapy (PT).
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Minimum experience: new graduates eligible for licensure will be considered.
$50.00/hour.
