Job Summary

This position plays a vital role in supporting the well-being of residents by providing personal care and daily living assistance. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the comfort, safety, and dignity of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide resident-centered personal care, including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Assist residents with meals and snacks, providing water and supplements as needed.
  • Provide a positive dining experience for residents.
  • Assist residents with transferring, repositioning, and walking using correct and appropriate transfer techniques and equipment.
  • Provide range of motion and passive exercise to residents.
  • Document resident cares and behaviors according to company policy, procedure, and regulations.
  • Handle and dispose of linens, soiled clothing, or supplies properly, following consistent hand washing and Personal Protective Equipment use.
Requirements
  • Completion of an accredited nursing assistant training program approved by the state.
  • Ability to communicate and comprehend, with the ability to perform assigned tasks and meet requirements for inservices, training, and meeting attendance.
  • Ability to use the electronic medical record for documentation.
  • Ability to measure and comprehend quantities.
  • Physical and mental requirements include the ability to operate/activate/use/prepare/inspect/place/detect/position objects, tools, or controls, and to maintain a stationary position/move/position self in response to job tasks.
Work Environment

The work environment is typically moderate in noise level, with occasional travel required based on business needs.
