About the Role

The Senior Medical Care Provider will provide high-quality medical care to seniors and patients with complex needs in various settings such as homes, assisted living facilities, and independent living communities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Evidence-Based Medical Care

Plan, direct, and evaluate patient medical needs by performing evidence-based medical care.

Treat Chronic and Urgent Episodic Illnesses

Examine and treat chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, accidents, and other injuries or illnesses.

Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals

Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals in providing interdisciplinary care and maintaining a comprehensive plan of care.

Ensure Patient Safety

Ensure patient medical records are kept up to date and ensure patient safety by following HIPAA and OSHA regulations.

Requirements
  • Nurse Practitioner License

A valid Nurse Practitioner license is required.

Current DEA Licensure

A valid DEA licensure is required.

Master's Degree in Nursing

A Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) is required.

Experience

Five or more years of nursing experience; at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred.
