Job Description: Waterfront Facilities Specialist

The Maricopa Water District is seeking an experienced Waterfront Facilities Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role and will be able to perform a variety of tasks including equipment maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections of waterfront facilities and equipment;
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment as needed;
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs;
  • Identify and report health and/or safety hazards;
  • Assist with operational tasks in other areas as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as engineering, construction management, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a maintenance capacity;
  • Valid Driver's License;
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
