Job Summary:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care Pathway team at St. Peter's Hospital. As a Critical Care Nurse Residency participant, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and challenging environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess the needs of each patient and plan the nursing care needed to meet those needs.
  • Deliver care to patients in the Critical Care Pathway, including assessing needs, planning, and meeting the needs of patients.
  • Modify and deliver care that is specific to the age, growth, and development of patients.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Requirements:

  • A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York.
  • Ability to assess, plan, direct, intervene, and evaluate patient care.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
