We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team at CHSGa. As a key member of our healthcare operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functions of our licensed and unlicensed nursing staff.

• Assist the Director of Nursing in organizing and directing the nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Admit, discharge, and transfer patients as requested, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Develop and implement effective work assignments for unlicensed staff to ensure efficient and safe patient care.
• Maintain effective lines of communication with attending physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in patient screening and selection process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist the Director of Nursing in monitoring physician services, including documentation and visits.
• Provide education and training to licensed and unlicensed staff on patient care procedures and protocols.
• Conduct compliance rounds and report any pertinent issues to the Director of Nursing.
• Assist in the interviewing, screening, and selection of associates, ensuring compliance with established staffing budgets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files, including reference checks, screenings, and evaluations.
• Respond to complaints and grievances from associates and patients, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective inter-departmental communication and positive working relationships.
• Monitor and maintain a working knowledge of current licensure standards and survey processes.

• A Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Active RN License to practice in the State of Georgia.
• Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills, with effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
