Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a qualified individual to take on the role of Construction Supervisor. This position is integral to overseeing projects and ensuring quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial sheet metal roofing.
• Proficient in copper work, soldering, and operating an auto break.
• Familiarity with standing seam metal roofing systems, metal wall panel systems, and ACM wall panel systems.
• Experience with single-ply membrane roofing systems.
• Preferred background in supervisory or management roles.
• Ability to regularly lift over 50 lbs, with tasks involving bending, climbing, and kneeling.
• Capability to climb ladders up to 40 feet.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Strong team collaboration skills.

Essential Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• At least 2 years of experience leading commercial roofing teams.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Physical ability to lift over 50 pounds regularly.
• Experience working at different heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Effective communication skills with clients, supervisors, and team members.
• Demonstrated initiative, integrity, and adaptability.
• Proficient with technology.
