">The Child and Youth Program Assistant will provide care and supervision to children and youth in a variety of settings, including childcare centers, youth activity centers, and other locations. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services to our customers.
">Essential Duties

- Provides care and supervision to children and youth in a variety of settings;">
- Assists in preparing age-appropriate activities and supervising children and youth during indoor and outdoor activities;">
- Arranges and serves snacks/meals, executes work in accordance with policies and regulations;">
- Maintains accurate records and reports, as required.">
Working Conditions
">The Child and Youth Program Assistant will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure is essential. The position may require occasional travel and weekend work.
">Salary Range
">The estimated annual salary for this position is $48,000-$70,000 based on experience and location.
