We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Compass Center, Inc. As a BCBA Therapist, you will play a vital role in designing and supervising ABA programs for our clients, providing clinical direction, and ensuring the highest standards of care. You will be responsible for conducting client assessments, writing individualized behavior intervention plans, and offering expert guidance to Case Managers and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

We offer a competitive salary of up to $60 per billable hour, plus paid drive time, mileage, and benefits. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow your case load to full-time. Candidates within a 30-mile radius are preferred, and we provide compensation for commuting between clients or from the office.

Job Details:
  • Providing Clinical Direction: Conducting client assessments, writing individualized behavior intervention plans, and offering expert guidance to the Case Managers and RBTs.

  • Supervision: Ensuring RBTs and Case Manager receive appropriate supervision as outlined by insurance funder, the BACB board and clinical recommendation.
