**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow to join our school-based team in Roseburg, OR. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support students in developing their communication and language skills within a nurturing educational environment.

About the Role:

This position is responsible for providing individualized speech and language therapy to students. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), and Oregon state licensure or the ability to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Individualized Therapy Sessions: Deliver personalized speech and language therapy to students, creating a supportive and engaging learning environment.
  • Develop and Implement IEPs: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans that meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Monitor Progress and Document Results: Regularly assess student progress, adjusting interventions as needed, and documenting results to inform future planning.
  • Foster Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote student success, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of services.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology: Earned from an accredited program, demonstrating expertise in speech and language pathology.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP): Hold this certification, demonstrating commitment to professional excellence and adherence to industry standards.
  • Oregon State Licensure or Eligibility: Possess the necessary licensure or be eligible for it, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
  • Strong Organizational and Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration and coordination with stakeholders.
