Trade Advisory Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Consulting Business Development Executive to join our team at Mohawk Global Logistics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of CBP regulations, and excellent public speaking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients in need of CBP regulatory compliance solutions
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities
• Conduct product presentations to showcase the benefits of our compliance solutions
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events
• Collaborate with the MGTA team to create sales material and campaigns
• Negotiate and close sales contracts with clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to identify new product offerings and better serve clients
• Occasionally assist in Trade Compliance related projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or related field
• 10 years' experience in a role supporting CBP regulatory compliance
• Proven track record of sales success in the regulatory compliance industry
• Strong understanding of trade regulations, compliance standards, and consulting services
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Self-motivated and driven to meet sales targets
• Willingness to travel for sales meetings, conferences, and events as needed
• U.S. Customs Brokerage License (preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
