About the Role: As a Licensed Psychologist with Deer Oaks, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents. Your duties will include:
- Providing individualized psychotherapy sessions to residents
- Conducting family therapy sessions to support residents and their loved ones
- Leading group therapy sessions to promote socialization and skill-building
- Developing and implementing behavioral management plans to support residents with challenging behaviors
- Conducting assessments to identify residents' needs and develop treatment plans
