Job Summary:

As a Pharmacy Manager at Parkview Health, you will provide transformational leadership to our pharmacy services team, fostering a culture of high-performance and patient-focused care. Your expertise will drive innovation, improvement, and technology advancements in clinical services, inpatient operations, business operations, and outpatient services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise pharmacy personnel, activities, and programs.
  • Staff the department as needed, ensuring adequate coverage and expertise.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate pharmacy services with other departments.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain valid licensure as a Registered Pharmacist.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid license as a Registered Pharmacist from the State Board of Pharmacy.
  • At least one year of experience as a Hospital Pharmacist or equivalent experience with a Master's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Preferred experience with Pyxis, Autopharm, EPIC, and related software applications.
