We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Docketing Clerk in our San Diego and Southern California offices. This role involves managing case events, including scheduling depositions, hearings, and mediations, and ensuring timely filing information from court clerks and online dockets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Calendaring Case Events: Schedule case events, such as depositions, hearings, and mediations, ensuring accurate filing information from court clerks and online dockets.

2. E-Served Document Management: Download e-served documents from court notifications and counsel to facilitate seamless document flow.

3. Master Calendar Updates: Prepare and distribute updated calendars to attorneys and legal staff, promoting organizational efficiency.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $42,000 to $52,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, disability, parental leave, and life insurance.

As a successful Docketing Clerk, you will possess:

  • 2-3 years recent experience with a civil litigation firm.
  • Demonstrated expertise in federal and state court procedures, including calendaring/docketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Milana calendaring or comparable docketing software.
  • File&Serve Express experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

You will also have general knowledge of local jurisdictional and federal court rules and procedures and the ability to navigate court websites.
