ProLink Allied is currently seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join their team for a 13-week travel assignment in Virginia.

About the Job

We are looking for an experienced CT Technologist to provide high-quality imaging services to patients. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners, preparing patients for exams, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of patients
  • Prepare patients for exams by explaining procedures and positioning them correctly
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following infection control protocols and disposing of waste properly
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and patient care

Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography
  • At least 2 years of experience in CT scanning or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $60-$80 per hour, based on experience
  • 36 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime
  • 12-hour shifts, days only
  • Tax-free stipend amount to be determined
