About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Surveyor Drafter Technician to join our facilities operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for surveying and updating space partition plan CAD drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit, coordinating field surveys, and responding to requests to update existing space drawings.

In addition to these duties, the Surveyor Drafter Technician will be responsible for reviewing and updating space assignments according to client policy and procedures, triaging help desk tickets, and maintaining space management standard operating procedures (SOPs).

The ideal candidate will have experience in AutoCAD 2019 and earlier architectural desktop software, as well as Revit Architecture 2019. A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.
