  • Operate various equipment, such as automatic sweepers and scrubbers, to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with various tasks, including cashiering, attending, and other duties as assigned by management.
  • Maintain a neat and clean appearance, adhering to our company's uniform and grooming standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; facility maintenance experience preferred.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license required.
  • Ability to lift and move 50 pounds or more regularly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Working Conditions

The Maintenance Porter will work in a fast-paced environment, often in a standing or walking position, and may be required to work in extreme weather conditions. The ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude is essential for success in this role.
