We are seeking a Retail Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Family Dollar. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming shopping experience for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
About This Opportunity- Salary: $12.00-$15.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:- Create a positive and welcoming shopping experience for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

- Process cash register transactions accurately and efficiently, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and expertise, answering customer queries regarding the store and its products.
- A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An ability to work well under pressure, remaining calm and composed in fast-paced environments.
- A basic understanding of cash handling procedures and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
