Service Advisor Opportunity at Tom Naquin Auto Family

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Tom Naquin Auto Family. As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in the service lane, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for every vehicle owner who visits our dealership.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the flow of the drive lane to ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression.
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to ensure the customer does not get mishandled.
  • Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
  • Distribute work between technicians efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Organized and friendly personality.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage others.
  • Time management skills.
  • Fantastic communication skills with customers.
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
