Your Role: As a pivotal member of our team, you will:
- Architect, develop, and sustain scalable applications utilizing AWS infrastructure.
- Create and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software delivery lifecycle.
- Employ Java programming to craft robust solutions that align with business objectives.
- Utilize AWS services such as Step Functions, S3, Lambda, and CloudFormation for application deployment.
- Implement containerization using Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes.
- Write infrastructure as code (IaC) leveraging tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Monitor and enhance production environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Qualifications: We seek candidates who possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Over 10 years of experience in Java development.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with AWS cloud-native applications.
- A solid understanding of AWS services and architectures, including serverless computing and microservices.
- Proficiency in DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD, configuration management, and infrastructure automation.
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools, including CloudWatch, New Relic, and the ELK stack.
- Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, and effective communication abilities.
Compensation and Benefits: The annual base salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $170,000, reflecting the scope and complexity of the role, as well as the candidate's experience and skills. This position is also eligible for our Annual Incentive Award plan, which rewards performance at both the company and individual levels.
