Job Description

At Developmental Disabilities Institute (DDI), we strive to provide exceptional services for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. As a Behavior Intervention Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our mission by working closely with clients, families, and staff to develop and implement individualized behavior support plans.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, adaptability, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. A Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field, along with at least 1 year of experience providing behavioral support to individuals with developmental disabilities, is required.

The estimated salary for this position is between $50,336.00-$60,403.20 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
