Key Responsibilities and Qualifications- Lead the delivery of professional nursing care to ensure patient comfort and wellbeing.
- Employ the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document patient care and education.
- Execute medically prescribed interventions.
Qualifications Required:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN program with completion within five years of hire. Exemptions may apply for experienced RNs.
- Preferred Education: Master’s degree in Nursing.
- Licensure/Certifications: Current RN license with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC license may apply. Certification in BLS Healthcare Provider is mandatory.
- Preferred Certifications: National certification in specialty area.
- Experience: Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
