Position Summary

This role begins with approximately 15 hours of work per week, with the potential to increase to 40 hours based on client demand and individual performance. Weekend availability is required at least once a month, and we offer holiday pay and bonuses for achieving team objectives.

Our team members are assigned a manageable coverage area to minimize travel time, ensuring efficiency. We prioritize the safety and well-being of the dogs by not grouping pets from different households, allowing our staff to focus on a maximum of two dogs at a time. Additional animal care services may be offered based on experience and training. This position can be physically demanding, requiring the ability to walk briskly for extended periods and manage dogs of varying sizes in diverse weather conditions.

All team members are employed with flexible schedules that may change weekly, necessitating strong communication skills and attentiveness to scheduling notifications. Payment is made on a weekly basis.

  • Comfortable using technology, particularly smartphones
  • Ability to resolve issues quickly in case of emergencies
  • Strong time management skills
  • A willingness to learn and adapt
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
