Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced host/hostess to join our team and provide exceptional customer service.
  • The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the hospitality industry and be able to work well under pressure.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests as they enter and seating them at tables or in waiting areas.
  • Providing menus and answering initial questions.
  • Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service.
  • Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.
  • Answering phone calls, taking reservations, and answering questions.

Flexible Schedule: We require flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
