Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic Wound Care team in Silverdale, WA. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide direct and indirect patient care in a hospital outpatient setting, working under the direction of a licensed provider.
Key Responsibilities- Completion of nursing admission assessments and medication administration
- Facilitating patient discharges and delivering daily routine care and service to patients
- Responding quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or response to treatments
- Communicating effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing program or equivalent recognized military training
- One year of related clinical work experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply and will be trained
- Possession of a current Washington State license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current healthcare provider BLS certification
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25.60 - $38.30, as well as a range of benefits including health/dental/vision, FSA, matching retirement plans, paid vacation, adoption assistance, and annual bonus eligibility.
