The ideal candidate will possess an innovative mindset and a strong desire to explore and develop novel applications for our advanced instruments. A genuine enthusiasm for scientific discovery and its potential to drive innovation and knowledge is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide both pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance for spectroscopic products.

· Support sales and service teams in their engagements with potential and existing clients.

· Conduct sample analyses and prepare detailed reports.

· Perform product demonstrations and offer training sessions for customers, either at the HORIBA facility or on-site.

· Develop application notes and contribute to technical publications.

· Deliver scientific and sales presentations at various events and meetings.

· Participate in trade shows to provide technical expertise.

· Identify and cultivate new applications for our instrumentation.

Qualifications:

· Master’s degree or PhD in chemistry, biophysics, physics, materials science/engineering, or a related scientific discipline.

· Familiarity with spectroscopic instruments and techniques, including Raman, fluorescence, FTIR, and photoluminescence, is advantageous.

· Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, including international travel.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.

· Excellent interpersonal abilities.

· Proactive and detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
